Mrs. Yasmine Julien
MTSEC Camp Director

Mrs. Yasmine Julien has worked in the educational system for over a decade in the role of teacher, instructional coach, and curriculum developer. In addition to teaching, she has served in leadership roles that have led her to support teachers in refining their craft.  Mrs. Julien has taught mathematics for several years in inner city public schools in both Boston and Washington D.C. from middle grades to high school.  She has also instructed mathematics at the college level. 
 
Mrs. Julien is an active member at the Miracle Temple SDA Church in Baltimore, MD.  She currently serves as the Children’s Choir Director and Leader of the Children’s Dance Ministry.  She is passionate about developing children’s talent in order to serve the Lord.
 
 
Mrs. Denise Josiah

Mrs. Denise Josiah is a proud graduate of Andrews University, earning a Master’s Degree in School Counseling, and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Spanish, and a minor in music.  While at Andrews, Mrs. Josiah was an active contributor to the enhancement of spiritual life on campus, through diligent years of service and leadership to the women’s residence hall, and being a contributing member, director, and conductor of various musical groups.
 
Mrs. Josiah has been a professional school counselor for over thirteen years.  She has worked in both the private and public school systems, and also as an on-site school therapist at the Children’s Mental Health Hospital in South Bend, IN. Mrs. Josiah loves working with children and their families in order to develop healthy, happy homes. She works diligently to help children cope with issues as they evolve in life, and provides a safe haven to talk.
 
Mrs. Josiah currently serves as the Praise and Worship Coordinator for the Miracle Temple Seventh-day Adventist Church in Baltimore MD, and the Choir Director and Assistant Minister of Music at the Prince Georges Community Church located in Springdale MD.  She loves the Lord with all her heart, and loves to deliver the Word of God in song!
 
 
 
Mrs. Fiona Robinson

Mrs. Robinson is a native of Toronto Canada. She is a licensed clinical social worker.  Mrs. Robinson has over 10 years of experience working with children and adolescents in communities, schools, and residential settings. Mrs. Robinson has a passion for working with children and adolescents and does so at every opportunity she gets. Mrs. Robinson spent one year in Kenya, Africa living at a rehabilitation center for street children. While there she was primarily responsible for the care of 13 adolescents and spent time being a mother and mentor to them. She also taught English and drama to the school-aged children.
 
Mrs. Robinson currently serves as ministry leader for Wee Wonder (bi-weekly programming for children ages birth-3yrs), is a Cradle Roll Sabbath School teacher, and homeschools her two young children.

Mrs. Robinson is a highly energetic individual who passionately expresses her love for the Lord, and lives to share His joy with everyone she comes in contact with.
 
Mrs. Kimberley Gillon

Mrs. Kimberley Nugent-Gillon holds a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Andrews University. In college, she volunteered with TASK, a local tutoring service and was very involved in the campus choir.  After moving to Maryland, she worked at The Johns Hopkins Hospital for several years in the Transfusion Medicine, Toxicology, Special Chemistry and Flow Cytometry departments and holds a membership and board certification with the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).  Recently, she moved on to another very important job:  Homeschooling her 2 young children!  

Over the years, she has developed her love of working with children by being very active in the children and youth ministries at Miracle Temple, including AYS, Pathfinders, Wee Wonder, and teaching Beginners Sabbath School. She also enjoys singing with the sanctuary choir.  She loves the Lord with all her heart and soul and feels so blessed to be able to work with MTSEC!
 
 
Ms. Suze Nathalie

Ms Suze has worked in the educational system for over a decade in the role of teacher, instructional coach, and curriculum developer. In addition to teaching, she has served in leadership roles that have led her to support teachers in refining their craft. Ms Suze has taught chemistry for several years in inner city public schools of Baltimore. at the high school level. 
 
Ms Suze is a member at the Miracle Temple SDA Church in Baltimore, MD. She loves the Lord and seeks to serve him.
 
 
Mrs. Sherma Henry

Mrs. Sherma Henry has over thirty years of experience working in the education system working with children in both general and special education in the area of Behavior and Learning Supports.  Mrs. Henry has taught both in New York and Maryland at the primary and middle school level.  She has additional experience in educational testing and working directly with teachers to modify the curriculum for children with special needs.
 
Mrs. Henry is an active member of Miracle Temple SDA church.  She is one of the leaders of the Children’s Dance Ministry, leader of the adult dance ministry, assistant Children Sabbath School leader, and Primary Sabbath School teacher. She truly loves the Lord and enjoys helping the children around her to grow not only academically, but also mentally and spiritually.
